401(k) Plan
To help you prepare for retirement, Lochmueller Group offers a voluntary pre-tax salary reduction plan for employees who are expected to work 1,000 hours per calendar year, are 20 years of age or older, and have completed 30 days of employment. Once you meet these requirements, you can choose to participate starting with the first payroll of any month. If you work 1,000 hours in a calendar year or 500 hours for 3 consecutive calendar years, you'll also be eligible to participate starting with the first payroll of the following calendar year.

Lochmueller Group will match 62.5% of every dollar up to 8% of the employee's annual salary for a maximum match of 5%.

To qualify for vesting, you must complete 1,000 hours of service per year. Full vesting in the Employer match is achieved after 6 years of service. Once you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll be automatically enrolled unless you choose to opt out. Information about the employer match and plan participation is provided during your employment orientation.

Lochmueller Group also provides a retirement plan contribution to eligible participants who are making payments on student loans and may not be receiving the full employer match. This benefit helps ensure that even while managing student loan payments, you can continue building towards a secure financial future.
