LIFE INSURANCE - Provided at no cost to you
Life Insurance, administered by OneAmerica, provides additional financial protection for you and your family in the event of your death. Lochmueller Group provides life insurance of $50,000. There is no cost to you for this coverage. ​

​​SHORT- AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you
Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans offer regular full-time employees financial protection when they are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness, injury, or disability. For short-term disability, employees receive 100% of their weekly wages, up to a maximum of $2,500 per week, after being absent for more than 7 consecutive calendar days. Benefits start on the 8th day and last for up to 13 weeks.
​For long-term disability, employees receive 60% of their weekly wages, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month. If the employee cannot return to work after the initial 13-week short-term period, they will transition to the long-term disability plan. Should the employee return to work but the disability recurs within 90 days, they will not have to wait 7 days again; benefits will resume immediately.

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE - This is an optional benefit you may purchase
You have the opportunity to purchase supplemental term life insurance. If you choose not to enroll within the first 30 days of your hire date, you can still elect coverage later, but a Health Risk Assessment or Evidence of Insurability will be required.
